Pula Stats Privacy Policy

Pula Stats is an independent data-exploration app developed by TECH HUB CITY PROPRIETARY LIMITED. This policy explains how the Pula Stats mobile application handles personal information.

Information we collect

You can browse published Botswana statistics without creating an account. If you choose to create an account or sign in, we collect the name and email address you provide to manage the account and its personalised features.

When you use an account, we store the content and preferences connected to it, including saved statistics, favourites, comparisons, followed indicators, notification settings and appearance preferences. If you enable notifications, we store a device push-notification token to deliver those notifications.

How we use information

• Provide and secure your account and saved-content features.
• Deliver notifications you have enabled.
• Respond to support requests and maintain the app.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Sharing and service providers

We share information only with service providers needed to operate Pula Stats, such as secure hosting, account and notification-delivery services. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the security of the service and its users.

Data security and retention

Information is transmitted using HTTPS. We retain account information and saved content while your account is active, or as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations.

Your choices and account deletion

You may delete your account in Pula Stats: sign in, open Profile, choose Delete account, and confirm. This permanently removes your account profile, saved statistics, favourites, comparisons, followed indicators, notification settings and registered push-notification token. Published statistical information is not personal data and remains available to all users.

If you cannot access the app, email support@techhubcity.com from your account email address and request account deletion.

Children

Pula Stats is not directed to children under 16. Do not create an account or submit personal information if you are under 16.
